MIC301: Modular and Versatile Industrial Microscopes
OEM Industrial Microscope to be integrated in an inspection tool. Using a basic Main Body concept, Channels are easily changed and replaced (such as Tube Lenses and illuminations). Spectral Bands include VIS, NIR & SWIR (MIC303) (i.e. from 400-1700nm).
