MIC 401: Compact Light Weight Microscopes
OEM industrial microscope to be integrated in an inspection tool.
The MIC401ET includes a high yield homogeneous bright field Kohler illumination.
Whereas, the basic MIC401E has a simpler BF illumination, yet can
function in damp Environments.
All Mic401 series can be integrated with either 80mm or 160mm Focal length Tube Lens.
